This was a unique project — two neighboring homeowners in Upper Arlington both wanted the same style fence installed at the same time. We built a 6-foot tall cedar horizontal privacy fence that spans both properties, giving each yard a clean, modern look with complete privacy. The horizontal board pattern creates a contemporary aesthetic that complements the established neighborhood, and the natural cedar will age beautifully over time. Custom-built horizontal gates with black hardware match the fence line seamlessly. This project is a great example of how neighbors can coordinate to get a cohesive look across property lines while sharing the cost of the shared fence line.
